Who’s in the record

Two people it’s really built for.

Cooperative admin

Runs the co-op’s operations from one dashboard: members, inventory, cash position, certifications. The books close themselves, and the record they hand a funder is the same one they use every day.

Lender / analyst

Opens the partner window to real-time, latest-verified aggregates, land coverage, sales trends, certification health, enough to de-risk and decide, with zero exposure of any individual farmer.

The deadline is dated

The EUDR requires operators placing coffee, cocoa, and other listed commodities on the EU market to prove, with geolocation-linked, plot-level data, that products are deforestation-free. After two delays, it now applies from:

30 Dec 2026Large & medium operators
30 Jun 2027Micro & small operators

A cooperative that can’t produce plot-level, custody-linked records by then risks losing EU market access outright. CoopLink captures that evidence as a by-product of everyday bookkeeping, not a scramble at the deadline.
